The Amazing Raise
September 18 - 19, 2013 ONLY
TURN $50 INTO $20,000 FOR A LOCAL NONPROFIT
Participate in The Amazing Raise to help us give unprecedented donations to nonprofits that provide services in Greater Richmond, Tri-Cities, Gloucester, Mathews or River Counties (TCF Richmond’s service area). $100,000 will be distributed among winning nonprofits through incentive prizes and grand prizes. During the 36-hour online giving event, the more unique donors who give a gift of $50 or more to their favorite nonprofits, the greater the chance of those organizations winning bonus grants of up to $20,000. The race begins at 6 a.m. on September 18th and ends at 6 p.m. on September 19th. On your mark, get set, give!

Incentive Grant Pool:
TCF has committed $100,000 to support grant prizes. Please see the criteria below to learn how you and your favorite charity can take advantage of this great opportunity.
Most Unique Donors:
An eligible or unique gift is defined as one gift of $50 or more given to one organization from one donor. Donors are encouraged to make gifts of $50 or more to multiple organizations of their choice. However, only one gift per organization will be counted towards this grant prize. The top three organizations with the most unique donors with gifts of $50 or more will receive the following grant prizes:
1st Place: $20,000 2nd Place: $15,000 3rd Place: $10,000
50/50 Challenge
The first 15 organizations to receive donations of $50 or more from 50 unique donors will receive a grant prize of $2,500. Please be reminded that only one gift per donor, per organization will be counted towards the prize. Nonprofits that receive the grand prizes for the most unique donors will not be eligible for this category.
Bonus Prizes
Organizations will be eligible for an assortment of $1,000 bonus prizes. (i.e. the Midnight Madness prize will go to the organization that receives the donation made closest to midnight on September 19th.)
